As a result, I developed the coaching program "Your Strengths - Your LeadershipStyle" for people like you -

People who want to take responsibility and develop people and processes.

What does the program look like?

  • First step: "Gallup Strengthsfinder" - an online assessment lasting around 45 minutes. Tried and tested for decades, developed on a scientific basis.

  • Then: 3 coaching sessions with me, Debora. This means you get 1:1 online coaching with each session lasting between 60 and 75 minutes. It's important to me that we don't have to rush and that you have time to think things through.

  • The coaching sessions are about you and your personal development as a leader based on your talents.

  • Your talents show you the way to your personal leadership style, where your strengths come to the fore.

  • We also talk about weaknesses. But only in passing.

  • You will be given challenges between the sessions so that you can apply the new knowledge in your everyday management work.

  • Before the assessment and before the coaching begins, there are two short online questionnaires so that I can tailor the coaching to your individual issues.

  • The program costs €599 including the assessment.
